I live in beautiful Hadleigh in Suffolk with my husband Paul and dogs Eddie & Willow. Having always been passionate about flowers I changed my career path to floristry after many years in the corporate world; a bit of a sea change, but I love it.
I have a Diploma of Floristry and I have designed and supplied flowers for weddings and other celebrations. I am also an event planner, including catering and prop supply, and have many years of business experience to ensure that the back end of my business is robust and reliable.
Alongside my Grave Tending and Flowers business I am also a qualified Cruse Bereavement Support Volunteer.
But why grave tending …
My aunt and uncle lived in Yorkshire for some time, but tended various relatives graves in Hampshire. Being busy people they struggled with travelling monthly to Hampshire. Since that time I have sadly lost my own parents and my beloved aunt. Finding myself in a similar situation in recent years, I realised I wanted to use my floristry skills tending graves for others who face similar challenges.
It gives me much pleasure to know that my services help others to maintain a beautiful resting place for their own loved ones. After my visit you and your family or friend group can open my email and see that your loved ones grave is clean, tidy, litter free and blooming with beautiful flowers. That’s very satisfying to me.
